We use your data to operate our directory, specifically to:
- Authenticate your identity and send login verification codes (OTPs).
- Route your wedding inquiries directly to the vendors you select.
- Maintain the security and stability of our platform.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data under two circumstances:
- With vendors: When a user explicitly submits an inquiry form, the information provided is shared with that specific vendor so they can contact you.
- With Core Infrastructure Providers: We use trusted third-party services (like Supabase for database management and authentication) to securely process and store your data.
4. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or withdraw your consent for data processing, please contact us at support@shaadivista.com. We will purge your identifiable data from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, unless legally required to retain it.
