Vendors are independently responsible for ensuring that their pricing, images, capacity, and availability details are accurate. ShaadiVista does not guarantee the accuracy of any third-party business listing on our platform.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaadiVista, its founder, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

Wedding Disruptions: We are absolutely not responsible or legally liable if a vendor cancels, breaks a contract, provides poor service, or fails to deliver on your wedding day. Any legal disputes regarding wedding bookings must be handled directly between the user and the vendor business.
